What We Do

Professional draught beer line cleaning for Ohio bars and restaurants

Draught Line Cleaning

Regular cleaning removes yeast, bacteria, and beer stone buildup that cause off-flavors and contaminate your product. We clean every 2 weeks, keeping your lines FDA-compliant and your beer tasting its best.

Compliance Documentation

Every cleaning is logged with date, technician initials, and chemicals used. Your records are always available digitally through our client portal — ready when health or liquor control inspectors show up.

Equipment Inspection

While we clean, we check your couplers, faucets, and lines for wear or issues. Catching problems early saves you from costly repairs and unexpected downtime.

Why Does It Matter?

Dirty beer lines are one of the most common — and preventable — causes of bad-tasting beer. Yeast, mold, and bacteria build up fast, especially in warm weather.

The Brewers Association recommends cleaning every two weeks. Many state health codes require it. And your customers can taste the difference.

We've been keeping Ohio bars and restaurants pouring clean since 2017. When your lines are clean, your beer tastes like the brewer intended — and your customers keep coming back.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about draught line cleaning

QHow often should beer lines be cleaned?

The Brewers Association recommends cleaning every two weeks. Most Ohio health codes require it at a minimum of every 14 days. We put you on a bi-weekly rotation and show up reliably — you never have to track it yourself.

QWhat happens if lines aren't cleaned regularly?

Yeast, mold, and bacteria build up quickly — especially in warm weather. Dirty lines cause off-flavors, haziness, and excessive foam. Beyond the taste issue, unclean lines are a food safety violation that can show up on health inspections and cost you your liquor license.

QIs line cleaning required by Ohio law?

Yes. Ohio health and liquor control regulations require documented evidence of regular line cleaning. Our client portal generates digital compliance records — date, technician, and chemicals used — that are ready to show any inspector on the spot.

QDo we need to stop serving during a cleaning?

Briefly, yes — but we keep it as short as possible. We schedule around your slow periods and work efficiently so your taps are back up quickly with no long disruption to service.

QWhat areas do you serve?

We're based in Piqua and run routes throughout the Miami Valley, Dayton area, and Columbus area. We're not hard-bordered though — if you take your draft program seriously, call us and we'll work it out. We've serviced accounts well outside our home base.
